ha! When my boyfriend was little, he went to a Spanish-immersion elementary school. One day in class when a little girl was getting pestered by a classmate, she squealed at the top of her lungs, “Stop MOLESTING me, So-and-so!”
The Spanish verb “molestar” means something like “to bother,” and she clearly got the two confused.
