Got back from the surprisingly lovely Plano, TX last night. Was down there since March 11th on business. We opened a new store. It was fun. Everybody there is very nice. Threw me off a bit. Oh well! Couple of pointers:
1. Bring change and dollar bills. There are miles and miles of tollways.
2. Sales tax is 8.25% and there is no state income tax. Everything you buy is taxed, even food.
3. Very seldom will you be able to drive back the way you came, as you cannot turn left most of the time. Plano, TX is u-turn-ville.
4. Service roads?!?
But yeah, I'm back in good ol' Baltimore. For now.
